How we make money

Most "free" senior placement services are paid by the facility you move into — typically a commission equal to one month of rent, sometimes a recurring percentage. That model creates an obvious conflict: the service is rewarded for placing you quickly and at the highest rent, not for placing you well.

We do not work that way.

• We have no paid relationships with any facility listed on this site. No facility can pay to appear, to rank higher, to look better, or to have its enforcement record softened.
• We will never be paid a percentage of your rent or a placement commission from a facility.
• Every facility in Miami-Dade and Broward counties appears here because it holds a state license — not because it chose to be listed, and it cannot choose to be removed while licensed.

If we ever introduce a revenue source — for example, optional paid consultations with families — it will be disclosed on this page before it launches, and it will never involve payments from facilities.

The data on this site comes from public records published by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. Publishing it costs very little, which is what makes this model possible.
